MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Sam, the founder of The Chairside Collective.
After years of working in dental offices, I saw firsthand how much responsibility dental assistants carry every day. Assistants are expected to manage patient care, stay organized, assist during procedures, keep sterilization flowing, and help the entire office run smoothly — often all at the same time.
But many assistants are thrown into the role without enough guidance, mentorship, or systems to support them.
I created The Chairside Collective to change that.
My goal is to create a space where dental assistants can feel supported, gain real-world skills, and grow their confidence chairside. Whether someone is brand new to the field or has years of experience, everyone deserves access to practical training and encouragement.
Through coaching, training, and structured systems, I’m passionate about helping assistants feel capable, prepared, and proud of the important work they do every day.
